1.3.3. where you are given an opportunity to place advertisements for goods or services on the Website.
The copyright and all other rights in the material on the Website are owned by Secret Meet Limited or are included with the permission of the owner of the rights. As a visitor to the Website, you may download a single copy of the material on the Website on a single computer for your own private viewing/listening purposes only. Single copies of pages from the Website may be printed out for the sole purposes of enabling the person printing the page to retain a copy for their own personal records. No copying or distribution of material on the Website for any commercial or business use is permitted without our prior written consent. 4.1.2. warrant to Secret Meet Limited that all such content complies with the provisions of Clause 3; and
4.1.3. acknowledge that Secret Meet Limited may require you to confirm the above rights and warranties and agree to do so within 7 days of any request from Secret Meet Limited.

Secret Meet Limited reserves the right (but not the obligation) at its sole discretion to refuse, review edit, move or remove any content that is posted to, or available on, the Website without the need to give any reasons for doing so. 6.1.5. your website does not contain content that is distasteful, offensive or controversial, that infringes any intellectual property rights or other rights of any other person or otherwise does not comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
7.1. All Secret Meet Limited trade marks (whether registered or unregistered) and graphics, logos, designs, page headers and button icons are the intellectual property rights of Secret Meet Limited and neither they nor any confusingly similar versions may be used by you including (but not limited to) as part of any trademarks and/or domain names without the prior written consent of Secret Meet Limited other than for the purpose of referring to Secret Meet Limited and its associated brands lawfully and in good faith (only).
8.1. To access certain parts of the Website, Secret Meet Limited may require you to register and provide certain information about yourself. Such registration shall be subject to specific terms of registration. Where you register you also agree to:
8.1.1. provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the relevant registration form (such information being the “Registration Data”); and
8.1.2. maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it fully up to date.
8.2. Where information (including sensitive financial or personal information) is provided to Secret Meet Limited (whether directly through the Website or otherwise) you accept that these methods of communication cannot be 100% secure. Where sensitive financial information is provided to Secret Meet Limited it uses encryption software to attempt to prevent unauthorised access to this information being obtained. However, Secret Meet Limited cannot accept any responsibility or liability for any damages (other than liability for death or physical injury arising out of the negligence of Secret Meet Limited or its officers or any liabilities that cannot, as a matter of law, be excluded) arising from the misuse or loss of data or information submitted by you to Secret Meet Limited directly through the Website or otherwise. Whilst Secret Meet Limited endeavours to ensure that the Website is normally available 24 hours a day, due to the inherent nature of the Internet, errors, interruptions and delays may occur in the service at any time. Accordingly, the Website is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties of any kind and we do not accept any liability arising from any interruption in availability. You acknowledge that when making a purchase from a third party website you enter into a contract with that third party at your own risk and Secret Meet Limited will bear no liability for that contract. Please note that third parties may operate such shopping sites with reference to the name of the Website, but that does not mean that Secret Meet Limited are responsible for their conduct or any contracts that you enter into with them.

Secret Meet Limited is not responsible for either the content of the material provided by such advertisers and sponsors or their compliance with voluntary or statutory codes or provisions. In particular, Secret Meet Limited can provide no warranty that it will not take advertisements or sponsorship from your competitors.
10.1. If, for any reason, Secret Meet Limited believes that you have not complied with any of these Terms & Conditions it may, at its sole discretion, suspend or cancel your access to all or some of the Website immediately and without giving you any advance notice.
10.2. Without prejudice to the provisions of Clause 10, you agree to compensate Secret Meet Limited in respect of any claims, losses, expenses and/or liabilities (including legal fees) which arise from your use of the Website and/or the Secret Meet Limited Materials (or by a third party using your user name and password) including in particular (but not limited to) any statements, contributions or other content posted on the Website or any breach of Clause 3.2.
11.1. Secret Meet Limited will not be liable to you for any loss or damage caused by Secret Meet Limited or its employees or sub-contractors in circumstances where:
11.1.1. there is no breach of a legal duty of care owed to you by Secret Meet Limited (or its employees or sub-contractors); or
11.1.2. such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach; or
11.1.3. in respect of any increase in the loss or damage resulting from your actions.
11.2. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit Secret Meet Limited’s liability for:
11.2.1. death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Secret Meet Limited and/or its employees negligence; or
11.2.2. fraudulent misrepresentation by Secret Meet Limited and/or its employees.
These rules (the “Rules”) apply to all prize promotions including free draws, prize competitions and instant win offers unless otherwise stated on the Website. Depending on the nature of the competition there may be additional rules imposed by us (or selected third parties) and each such offer may be subject to its own express terms and may not be available in all jurisdictions.
12.1. Winners of the Prize Draw must be at least 18 years of age or where notified in the Prize Draw rules anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legalguardian and comply with any further age and/or other eligibility requirements set out in the Rules (eg in relation to residency and (where the prize includes travel outside the United Kingdom and/or car hire) holding a valid passport, visa and/or driver’s licence). Proof of age may be required before a prize-winner can claim a prize. The eligibility of any entrant is at the sole discretion of Secret Meet Limited.
12.2. Only one entry per person and per household is permitted, spammers will be disqualified and automated entries are not permitted and will be disqualified.
12.3. All entries must be made in accordance with the Rules and must be received by Secret Meet Limited by the closing date. Entries made otherwise shall be invalid. Secret Meet Limited accepts no responsibility or liability for any lost, damaged or incomplete entries and all such entries will be deemed invalid. Proof of despatch shall not be proof of entry.
12.4. Secret Meet Limited and the promoter reserve the right at its sole discretion to (without prior notice): 12.4.1. cancel the Promotion; and/or 12.4.2. to substitute the prize for another prize of equal value.
12.5. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter the competitions unless otherwise stated on the promotional activity with a specific competition.
12.6. By entering the prize draw, the entrant agrees to be bound by the Rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material accompanying the promotion.
12.7. By entering the promotion, the entrant agrees to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy. In addition, Secret Meet Limited may pass your personal information to the promoters and their data processors. However, we will always take all appropriate steps to protect your information.
12.8. Prize-winners will be notified in writing within 6 weeks of the applicable closing date (or such other timeframe as is indicated on the Website). If a prize-winner fails to respond to claim his/her prize within 14 days of receipt of the notification, Secret Meet Limited shall be entitled to select an alternative prize-winner. In such circumstances Secret Meet Limited shall use reasonable endeavours to notify the alternative prize-winner within nine weeks of the closing date (or such other timeframe as is indicated on the Website).
12.9. Prize draws are open to all residents of the UK, except employees of Secret Meet Limited (and its subsidiaries), the promoter and their immediate families, the promoters advertising agency and sales promotion consultancy, and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.
12.10. Secret Meet Limited’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
12.11. Secret Meet Limited will not accept responsibility for loss through technical fault, incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
12.12. Prize-winners will receive their prize within 6 weeks of notification unless otherwise specified on the Website. The terms and conditions of any third party supplier may apply and must be accepted and complied with by a prize-winner to accept the prize.
12.13. Secret Meet Limited will not be liable if a prize does not reach a prize-winner for any reason outside the control of Secret Meet Limited or if a prize is damaged during delivery.
12.14. It is your responsibility to ensure that when entering competitions which, if won, could result in time off work, your employer is in agreement to time off. When dates are specified they cannot be altered.
12.15. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
12.16. Depending on the nature of the prize, its use or enjoyment may be subject to further conditions or restrictions.
12.17. By entering the promotion, the winner(s) consent(s) to any publicity generated as a result of the promotion, and use on the Website at any time.
12.18. Where relevant, all taxes, insurances, transfers, spending money and other expenses (including meals or personal expenses upgrades etc) are, unless otherwise specifically stated, the sole responsibility of the prize-winner.
12.19. Other than for death or personal injury arising from the negligence of Secret Meet Limited, Secret Meet Limited hereby excludes (so far as is permitted by law) all liability for any loss, damage, cost and expense, whether direct or indirect, howsoever caused in connection with any competition or any aspect of the prize.
12.20. The promotional draw is held by Secret Meet Limited.
13.1. In these Terms & Conditions, the “Organiser”, “Us”, “Our”, or “We” means Secret Meet Limited and “Event” shall mean the event, exhibition or show printed on this ticket.
13.2. Tickets to this Event are issued on behalf of the Organiser Secret Meet Limited and are subject to the following terms and conditions:
13.3. Nobody will be allowed admission to the Event without a valid ticket or pass.
13.4. For the safety of people at the Event, the venue management and the Organiser reserve the right to refuse admission and conduct security searches as they deem appropriate.
13.5. All tickets or passes should be checked on purchase, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
13.6. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
13.7. In addition to the ticket price, your order may require payment of a booking fee per ticket, a transaction fee per order and/or other supplementary fees which may apply to the Event. Those fees are not refundable.
13.8. If the Event is rescheduled or moved, the Organiser will give you the options of either retaining or exchanging your tickets for the new date/location. If the Event is cancelled, you may be offered the option to transfer your ticket to a future event or a refund on your tickets. Please note that any Booking Fees and/or Transaction Fees are not refundable in these circumstances.
13.9. If the Event is rescheduled, changed, moved or cancelled the Organiser cannot be held responsible for any resulting costs you may incur for travel, accommodation and other related goods, services or compensation.
13.10. Defaced or altered tickets or passes will become void and the holder will be refused admission.
13.11. Tickets cannot be resold for commercial gain. If we have reason to believe that tickets have been re-sold, they will be invalidated, and the holder will be refused admission.
13.12. We may restrict the sale of tickets to a maximum number per person (allocation). We reserve the right to cancel tickets bought in excess of this allocation.
13.13. The Organiser reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of any part of the Event in circumstances beyond its reasonable control without any obligation to make any refunds or exchange tickets.
13.14. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject any person appearing to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately, or for any other behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance and annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable request of the Organiser.
13.15. Neither the Organiser nor the venue operator will be responsible for any loss, damage, death or injury howsoever caused unless (i) the relevant party has breached its legal obligations; and (ii) such loss or damage is a direct and reasonably foreseeable result of the breach. For the avoidance of doubt, the Organiser will not be responsible for the actions of any third party, including, but not limited to, the exhibitors.
13.16. If all or any of the Event is planned to take place outdoors it will take place regardless of weather conditions (unless deemed unsafe by the safety officer). There are no refunds for bad weather. We strongly advise that you come dressed appropriately for an outdoor Event.
13.17. The Organiser does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the Event.
13.18. Visitors may be filmed, photographed or sound recorded for broadcast, publication or security purposes whilst at the Event by the Organiser and our trusted sponsors and partners.
13.19. It is a condition of your admission to the Event that no commercial (non-private) use may be made by you of the Event or any part of it.
13.20. Visitors are not permitted to bring animals to the Event with the exception of guide, assistance and hearing dogs.
13.21. Please check Event details & timings prior to travelling as these may be subject to change.
13.22. In accordance with the law, visitors aged under 18 are not permitted to purchase/sample alcoholic drinks.
13.23. The relevant United Kingdom law will apply to these Terms and Conditions and the relevant courts of the United Kingdom will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to the Terms and Conditions.
14.1. Secret Meet Limited reserves the right to vary these Terms & Conditions of Use from time to time. Such variations become effective immediately upon the posting of the varied Terms & Conditions on the Website. By continuing to use the Website you will be deemed to accept such variations. You should therefore check the Website from time to time to review the then current Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions were last updated in June 2015.
15.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms & Conditions unless Secret Meet Limited shall elect to bring proceedings in the courts of the country of the user’s residence or of principal place of business.
15.2. These Terms & Conditions, as varied by Secret Meet Limited from time to time form the entire understanding between us. Headings in these Terms & Conditions are for convenience only and will have no legal meaning or affect.
14.3. No delay or indulgence by Secret Meet Limited in enforcing the provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall affect Secret Meet Limited’s rights under them nor shall any waiver of Secret Meet Limited’s rights operate as a waiver of any subsequent breach.
15.4. No right, power or remedy conferred upon or reserved for Secret Meet Limited is exclusive of any other right, power or remedy available to Secret Meet Limited provided either under these Terms & Conditions or as a matter of law and each such right, power or remedy shall be cumulative.
15.5. You may not assign sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions.
15.6. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid the invalidity of that provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms & Conditions, which shall remain valid and enforceable.
