What’s New?
Member Lounge
This year’s member lounge is an outdoor space to be enjoyed by all. We expect it to be the hub of the event in the heart of Paddock 1. The space features a 20sqm video wall to watch all the track action with a variety of seating options surrounded by the best cars and brands in the automotive world. Our merchandise stand will be positioned here too alongside the latest and greatest from McLaren Automotive.
McLaren Hospitality
McLaren has invested heavily in a state-of-the-art two-floor hospitality unit with a roof terrace that sits within the heart of the member lounge. All those who purchased hospitality tickets have access to the space for the main event on Tuesday 11th however anyone attending on Monday 10th will have access to the unit.
Party in the Paddock (5-9pm Monday evening)
The track event takes place on Tuesday 11 July, but we also have a preview party the night before, which you are very welcome to join us for. This will be an informal gathering in the paddock, with live music and food, and an opportunity to view some of the cars ahead of a busy day of track running.
Dress code; Smart Casual
Tuesday Grid Walk
All guests of the event will be welcomed onto the grid and pit lane after the Hypercar parade at 12:30 – 13:15 to get up close and personal with 100+ very special road cars.
Track shootout
The event concludes this year with a flying lap shootout from 15:30 for the last 90 minutes of the day with fifteen entries taking part.
Tickets & Timings
Tickets will be emailed to you the week prior to the event, you’ll receive one ticket per email.
Please have your tickets ready to be scanned on entry.
You will receive one Supercar Parking Pass for Paddock 3, plus your allocation of General Admission tickets (per person).
Any additional cars will park on the grass and enter on foot using a General Admission ticket.
Please check your junk folder for tickets.
If attending Monday the gates open at 14:00.
Opening hours on Tuesday will be from 07:30.
Hospitality
You will collect your wristband from SCD staff in the Pit Lane Suite at the back of Garage 39, just give your name.
Breakfast served between 8:30 – 10:30
Afternoon Tea 13:30 – 15:30
Barista Coffee, Tea and soft drinks are served all day
You can find the hospitality in the middle of Paddock 1 inside the Mclaren Hospitality unit.
How to get here
All SCD Members please arrive via the EAST ENTRANCE DE74 2RP and follow the Orange line on the map above.
All others please arrive via the Main Entrance DE74 2BN and follow the purple line on the map above.
Please have your parking passes ready otherwise you will be asked to park on the grass area.
Monday 10th – Member Track Day (pre-booking only)
Members will take to the circuit during the day in either AM or PM sessions on the Grand Prix circuit with a strict 98dB(A) Drive-By limit. The format is open pit lane limited to 40 cars per session and both sessions will start with sighting laps in two groups – all to be explained in the briefing. All cars will operate from the pit lane due to all the setup taking place in the garages and paddocks 1 and 2.
Morning (spaces available)
07:30 – Arrival at the track
08:00 – Sign on
08:30 – Briefing
09:00 – AM track sessions opens (sighting laps)
12:00 – AM track session ends (lunchtime)
Afternoon (fully booked)
13:00 – PM track session starts (sighting laps)
14:00 – Event opens to all ticket holders
16:30 – PM track session ends
16:30 – Member Track Parade
17:00 – Party in the Paddock

Monday 10th – Member Track Parade (fully booked)
At 16:30 fifty members will take to the circuit for a 50 mph cruise around the circuit for 3-4 laps. Sign-on for the driver will be required in the pit lane suite between 15:00-16:00. You will collect a wristband and parade sticker for your car.

There are various places to watch the track action
We have several spectator points which are shown on the map for you to watch the action from:
- The Grandstand
- Goddards Balcony
- Melbourne Loop Hairpin
- The Infield (main straight)
Grid Walk – Tuesday 11th
From 12:30 – 13:00, the Pit Lane and Main Straight will be open to walk around the cars after the parade. This is a great chance to get on the Donington tarmac and see the vast array of cars in attendance.
Clothing
We are launching our new Secret Meet and SCD clothing range during the course of the event, expect caps, tees, hoodies and jackets, all available in the Paddock 1 shop and available to purchase Monday and Tuesday.
